Quality is our top priority. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. FINA DU will accept returns of new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective full-price merchandise for full refund within 20 days of the original purchase date. All FINA DU hang tags and designer garment tags must still be attached. Where provided, designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should also be included with your return. No refunds are made on sale items or special order purchases. We do not offer credit for return shipping costs or take responsibility for lost merchandise. Once we receive a returned item that meets our return policy, we will provide a full refund or ship a replacement free of charge. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to take care of you.
Refunds are credited to original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded with another gift card and mailed to your billing address.
